Ethiopian Sidamo

Ethiopian coffees are among the world's most unusual. Thought by most to be the mother of all coffees, Ethiopia offers a wonderful range of flavor from winey to earthy to fruity. Our Ethiopian Sidamo is earthy and spicy in the cup and is one of the best choices for iced coffee. We brew 4 to 5 containers of Ethiopian each day using the Toddy Cold Brew System. This is the best way we've found to brew iced coffee, just add milk and voila`!
